Network of legal advisers

LRI deals with a variety of requests for legal advice and support. They may relate to treaty drafting and interpretation; public international, human rights or trade law; the rules and regulations of the UNFCCC and the Kyoto Protocol; carbon trading, finance, or intellectual property. We, therefore, constantly seek experienced lawyers with expertise in one or more areas of the law from any jurisdiction with a good command of English to extend our network of pro bono legal expert advisers.

LRI’s network currently includes lawyers from private practice law firms, NGOs, members of the Bar and academics. If you are interested in joining, please contact the advice coordinator, Pascale Bird, directly at: coordinator@legalresponse.org

Volunteering

LRI is always looking for dedicated and committed lawyers or lawyers-in-training to work with us. If you would like to support the London ‘Situation Room’ during UNFCCC sessions or volunteer with us on a longer term basis please send an email with your CV to enquiries@legalresponse.org.
